[PATCH] Add chainloading DELL DRMK DELLBIO.BIN support

Please provide any additional information below. The following patch adds chainloading DELL DRMK DELLBIO.BIN support. As a side product, %ebp is set to 0x7c00, which is not properly set in the past. ROM-DOS/MS-DOS 7.1/EDR-DOS/FreeDOS/DRMK tested.
