FAT utility incompatible with 20140908 version

What steps will reproduce the problem? SERIOUS BUG In gru4dos 2014-09-08

when running DPMS.g4b I get a

FAT Error: (1) A hard error occurred in the low level disk I/O layer

at line

fat mkfile size=8192 (8)/chkpci.pci

This does not happen if I replace \grldr with 20140822 version

Try this please. fix old devread with 32-bit byte_offset compatibility.
