What steps will reproduce the problem?

If the menu is moved using menusetting or menuset

when a menu entry is selected which has no help text in the title

e.g.

title TEST

The text Use the ^ and v keys to highlight an entry. Press ENTER or 'b' to boot.

is displayed at extreme left of the screen - it is not aligned to the menu or any help text

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Should be aligned to same position as normal menu help text

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 0.4.5c Aug 2014 0.4.6a
