What steps will reproduce the problem? Boot to grub4dos command shell (no menu.lst)
type
ls (bd,0)/
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should say: Error 15: File not found.
but instead, just hangs!
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 2013-07-24
Please provide any additional information below.
Note: If boot to grub4dos and issue a command first then you do get the error message
e.g.
ls (bd)/ ls (bd,0)/
does not hang.
Also, if you have a menu.lst file then does not hang.

ls (hd0,0) >> hangs (note no / after (hd0,0))
