An "association" is pretty hard to design, so I'll guess our "community" icon might work, see http://google-maps-icons.googlecode.com/files/communitycentre.png

Thank you for "community" icon. It's ok for me. Sorry, I didn't see it ;).

An other idea for "association" icon : "a hand in hand" ? Representation of social relation, solidarity relation ... but it represents also "political relation" or "deal". So bad idea for it... example : http://findicons.com/icon/188123/stock_new_meeting?id=288024
