Sorry, Google broke GMarks a while ago, and I'm not sure it will be possible to fix any time soon, if ever. This is the unfortunate reality of them never releasing a proper API, and the fact that GMarks was using a hacky way to get Bookmarks on your phone all along :( Blame Google for never properly supporting Bookmarks, it seems to be a dead project.
