During bootstrap of Metacello for GemStone 3.0.1, the OB-Metacello package was loaded BEFORE the GsOB project was loaded, due to a missing dependency in the Metacello configuration.

The missing dependency has been corrected in Metacello 1.0-beta.31.1, but that leaves the OB-Metacello package incorrectly loaded in GemStone 3.0.1.

fixed in Metacello 1.0-beta.31.1 (dkh.645).

New pacakge version of OB-Metacello (with no code changes) forces a load and fixes the problem
