I have found this issue on CentOS/CPanel as well. Here's my version info:

WHM 11.23.2 cPanel 11.23.6-R27698 CENTOS Enterprise 4.7 i686 on standard - WHM X v3.1.0

Thank you for reporting the issue. I feel sorry that you had to face yet another problem with Fredsitrano.

I guess we will have to add one more configuration option. Unfortunately, without this option, rsync will update all folders. Even if it doesn't take too much time, it is obviously useless and it generates unrequired logs.

I will attach a patch to this issue ASAP and add the fix to the official 1.0 release.
