foxr

An open source MVC ActionScript 3 framework based on PureMVC

Welcome

FoxR is an open source ActionScript 3 library of code that is built upon the PureMVC framework for maximum flexibility and reliability. The library contains a custom set of visual components and controls and allows developers to skip the steps of defining and building their RIA or web sites infrastructure, and start coding the good stuff.

FoxR is currently in developer preview release. This means the code is in a pretty early stage and being distributed to peers for feedback and input. A full beta release is planned for February 2010. No date for a final 1.0 release is available yet.

In the Downloads section, you'll find the latest release and project template Zip files. We also recommend visiting the FoxR Web site at http://foxr.aeoliandigital.com/ to download releases, view documentation and see tutorials and examples. The latest builds can be access from the source tab on this site.

The user guide contains information for downloading the getting your first project up and running.

Please submit any major bugs or issues on the issues tab. Feedback and suggestions are encouraged and greatly appreciated.
