What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. when i have open covergae viewer it always gave : coverage recording acknowledgement error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? should not give this error and launch the viewer properly

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? flexcover-0.90

Please provide any additional information below. when i click on "CoverageViewer.air " it launches and gives "coverage recording acknowledgement error error: 1009" and it keeps on coming.

ia m not able to use this . please help me out to resolve this.
