My project makes use of other library project , when i run the application it works fine but it will not show any coverage for the some library project in CoverageViewer. This problem is with few library projects and other library projects cvm works fine. I need help on this issue.

I am also having a similar problem with Flexcover 0.90. No cvm files are being generated for my libraries (when using Flash Builder). I'm only getting cvm files for final swf files and they do not include any of the classes from included library swcs. I'm using flex sdk 4.0.0.14159 with the applied flexcover patches.
