What versions and operating system are you using?

OS:Window 7 Firefox:32.0.2 Firebug:2.0.4 FirePHP Server Library: FirePHP Extension:0.7.4

What is the problem? on the Firebug Console, the FirePHP icon is lost, but i still can click it and set FirePHP enabled, just as the attachment "firephp.png" show.
