What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. When feed items include the title and the description, sometimes only the title of the 3rd feed item is shown and none of the description, and, if you scroll to the next "page" the title and description are NOT shown on the next page making it impossible to see the description of some feed items. (See attached image.)

On what operating system/gadget host you are using the gadget on? Windows 7; Windows Sidebar gadget

There is "feed per page coefficient" in the options (and also in ext. options)

You need to adjust that number to show appropriate number of feeds per page.

I will try to calculate it automatically in the next versions but it seems to be impossible (may be caused by custom font, font size, or something in the feed itself)

Issue 68 seems like a more easy solution for the problem and more appropriate to work with the current set of settings.
