as you said in your user guide after installing Aptana az a plugin for Eclipse we should install ext builder.

what does it mean .

i hanged in this line .

please explin if any other file than extbuilder_update-20081116.zip to eclipse

i think aptana is not necessary for extbuilder

That's means extbuilder can't run on standalone aptana IDE. It runs on eclipse IDE, if you want to both aptana and extbuilder, you should install
your aptana as an eclipse plugin.
