What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Start a Shuttle launch 2. Detach one of the SRB's shortly after launch 3. The Orbiter will eventually experience an aeroframe failure, and then gain speed eventually leaving orbit.

Possibly some kind of integration or force calculation problem. Should write a unit test.

This also occurs when using the Space Wagon and trying to maneuver in Earth's atmosphere.

These were different bugs -- the SRB bug occured b/c the solid rockets couldn't be turned off, but the perturbation stayed with the vehicle even if the SRBs were detached. Fixed in SVN.
