What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Install on Win7 pro sp-1 with screen resolution 1920x1080. 2. At end of installation, check box to launch Pencil

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected a properly sized window. But Window was so large that I could not access menu. Killed its process and relaunched, size okay.
