What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Open pencil 2. Cannot toggle to other windows application 3. Cannot minimize pencil application

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expect a minimize button like any other windows application. However, there is no minimize button on the top right hand corner.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Version 2.0.3, and when I tried uninstalling this version and reverted back to the older version (1.3.5), the older version had a similar problem.

Please provide any additional information below.

FYI: I tried the same installation on two other machines and I did not have to minimize Pencil (which simply is not an option) to toggle to other applications. It might be some libraries or apps installed on my PC conflicting with Pencil that caused the problem.

This happened to me as well... I also tried installing previous versions and still had no minimize button.
