What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Create a new File 2. Click "+ New Page" Button on top right corner above the editing area 3. A new Window comes up. Entering a name gives no new Page and no feedback why.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? "+ New Page" should open a window, that instead of apply, has either "Add" "Create Page" or at least "OK" button, which, when pressed, creates a new Page, a new tab for the page and navigate to the new empty page.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 2.0.2 Windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below. Works with my Linux version (version unknown right now)
