What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Download Pencil-1.3.5-1.win32.installer.exe and install to default location. 2. Run Pencil (as administrator) and choose Tools Menu -> Install New Collections. 3. Choose Android-4.0-Stencils.zip or AndroidSketching-1.0.zip .

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? There was no any message shown, nor any new collection added.
