What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Open any existed *.ep 2. Select some shapes,press Ctrl+C, or click "Copy" in right click menu. 3. Press Ctrl+V or click "Paste" in right click menu, to paste the copied shapes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The shapes should be copied and present on the canvas, but nothing happend. No any thing! Just like i didn't press the keyboard.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Both stand-alone and plugin pencil(1.3.4_xpi in Firefox 13.0.1), on Win7.

Please provide any additional information below.

Pencil runs well before yesterday, both stand-alone and plugin in Firefox. And it went bad yesterday, neither stand-alone nor plugin can do copy/paste anymore.

Cant do it anymore. Bit frustrating now.

Hello, I was having the same issues but I have figured it out (at least it works for me)...after the copy/paste function would randomly disappear and my frustration grew I decided to test out a few ideas. I'm running the stand alone version Evolus 2.02 not the built in Firefox version. Basically, if the Firefox browser is not running then I'm unable to copy and paste. Every time I load up Firefox the copy/paste starts working. I should also mention that I didn't have this problem until I recently upgraded to the newest version of Evolus. My previous versions worked fine.

From my experience it appears that the copy and paste is working, but it pastes the object OUTSIDE of the canvas area. If you export the .ep to an SVG you will notice that the objects you thought never pasted are well outside the area you were working in, in Pencil.
