What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. GTK shapes and windows shapes collection are missing 2. Open a .ep which was created using 1.2 version and that used either GTK shapes or windows shapes 3. Try editing it in 1.3 version 4. Properties are displayed as null

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? -- The shapes should be editable. The collection should also be available in 1.3 version

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? -- 1.3 on windows 7 as stand alone.
