Prior to version 1.3.2 there was a shortcut on the toolbar for moving an element's arrangement forwards and backwards. This shortcut has been removed in version 1.3.2 which makes it more difficult to make changes because now you have to constantly RIGHT CLICK on the element to change the setting.

Please add the toolbar shortcut back!!

This issue still exists in 1.3.4 and it really has become a pain point. If there was at least a keyboard shortcut, that would make a big difference. Please consider making the element arrangement a first class citizen in the UI.
