What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Tabs are not efficient or practical for navigation through multiple pages 2. They are slow 3. It's difficult to re-organize them

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I'd really appreciate to have some sort of "Page navigator" with some treeview organization where you can create groups/subgroups to group related pages, view every pages and their relations easily and re-organize them quickly and easily. Here is a little mockup attached.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Pencil Standalone 1.2 under Linux Ubuntu 10.10 x86
