evoluspencil - issue #209

Runs only under administrative priveleges in Windows 7

  1. Install the program as admin
  2. Try to run it
  3. It requests administrative rights.

I don't know if it's just me or it's general. But regardless of which directory I install the program either in Program Files or directory accessable for writing by anyone (including my usual user account) it requires to run it as administator.

Seems like it does something, writes something or somehow modifies in the way it should do in Windows systems with UAC.

The tool should not require admin access!
