What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Uninstall old Pencil v.1.1 2. Install Pencil-1.2.0.win32.installer.exe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Pencil tool starts but does not display any thing in it. It is a blank dialog with Title Pencil.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Pencil-1.2.0.win32.installer.exe WinXp with Sp3

Please provide any additional information below. Previously I was using v.1.1 win32 installation it is working fine. But if I install Pencil-1.2.0.win32.installer.exe, v.1.2.0 does not start.

The Problem got resolved.

Steps: 1. uninstalled Pencil v.1.2 2. re-installed v.1.1 3. uninstalled v.1.1 4. installed v.1.2 under C:\Program Files\Evolus\Pencil1 5. Program started working :)

The method described in comment #1 worked for me too. Thanks! Seems to be some installer cleanup problem.

just a quick note... you don't have to name the new folder "pencill", specifically.
you do have to use a name other than the original "pencil"; like "pencil1.2", for example.

Happened to me, as well - Win 7 64, otherwise same steps for issue and resolution as above. Thanks pritamon... !
