What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. set page background colour 2. save document and close pencil app. 3. open recent document (colour background is lost)

I got the same problem as alex.com.ua.

For me it's actually quite troublesome to work like this as I got 30 pages which should have a yellow background. And there are more pages coming for this project.

Fun thing is: Pencil remembers the color I once set as a background color in the properties dropdown.

I'm experiencing the same thing on Linux (installed evolus-pencil-1.2-0.i386.rpm) as a stand-alone app. I have an x86_64 install of f13 on my box with pencil v1.2 build 0.

I love this app by the way - I can't wait to see it after some bug fixes.
