I18n / L10n - The application and shape collections can't be easily translated

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Open Pencil

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: language of the app to be the same as the current locale Actual: the menus and the shape collections are in english

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Pencil 1.1rc2 on Gnu/linux (same on any plate-form)
