Failing FlowProfile tests

Test scenarios 10, 13, and 14 fail for the FlowProfile but pass for the IncrementalFlowProfile. Since the FlowProfile is the reference implementation, these tests should be fixed.

I'm deprecating the old implementation of the MaxFlow. It's worth noting that the Boost.Graph max flow implementation passes all of these cases.
