Posted on Aug 21, 2010 by Massive Wombat

What Plugin does this relate to? What version of the Plugin?

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.select Plugin Manager 2.download plugins 3.select plugins 4.click install plugins 5.exit Editra 6.bring up Editra again 7.select Plugin Manager 8.Installed plugins not shown in Configuration panel 9.Downloaded plugins are there under Application Support 3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Should see installed plugins in Configuration panel

What version of Editra are you using? On what operating system? 5.7.2

Please provide any additional information below. Mac Os latest

Hello,

Editra does not officially support Python 2.7 yet. Will probably start testing to support it after the next release. At that time the PluginMgr will support Python 2.7 plugins. Right now it is probably downloading python 2.5 plugins by default since it doesn't recognize 2.7.

You can verify this by the file name of the plugin that is downloaded.

I am going to close this as invalid it will be corrected as official support for Python 2.7 is added.
