Currently the first step after creating an object is renaming it and changeing the id accordingly. A automatic generation of the "ID" from name (or otherwise), e.g. bei a button would speed up the process.

Same her, sorry, i didn't saw the box for changing it from defect to enhancement.

I think this will be a "preferences" checkbox (e.g. generate id from text) May not make it in until the standalone app version...

This has now been committed into the standalone version in SVN, it will be a part of the next release.
