Changing the license of a photo does not work, I have uploaded photos, added comments , changed titles which all work perfectly, just changing the license does not.

I checked, infact (to my amazement) the license sync functionality was not present. Upon researching further, I realized that FlickrNet library which DFO depends upon, doesn't have any way to set the license information. So, while that functionality is added, I've set DFO to spit out an error log, telling the same.
