I downloaded netbeans from https://netbeans.org/downloads/start.html?platform=windows&lang=en&option=all

Downloaded the db2php files from https://code.google.com/p/db2php/downloads/detail?name=db2phpcli-bin-1.107.jar https://code.google.com/p/db2php/downloads/detail?name=db2phpnb-1.107.nbm

Now what do I do? No documentation anywhere?

Loading the files into NetBeans just gives a list of files. What do I next?
