Certificate Error : Contact the application supplier while installation
What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. While installing in mobile " Install Data Quota" Yes/No 2. Press Yes 3. Message comes as " Certificate Error : Contact the application supplier"
What is the expected output? What do you see instead? It should install the app
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Nokia - E63 : Symbian Phones
Please provide any additional information below.

Posted on Feb 24, 2011 by Happy PandaIt might be your phone does not accept self signed applications. Go to the application manager on your phone and change the software installation setting from signed only to all, and try again.
Does that work?
Otherwise, what time and date does your phone say?

"If you get a certificate error when installing, your phone might not accept self signed applications. Go to the application manager on your phone and change the software installation setting from signed only to all, and try again."
