cooktimer - issue #8

Windows 7 Integration

Using the latest version of it, but I'm on Windows 7, and some programs have some integration to the task bar that shows progress. Examples are Internet Explorer 8 Downloads, and ImgBurn. Would be nice to have integration of the timer into the task bar to also see how much time is left.
