Report Configuration Search throws "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Go to Report Configuration search screen. 2.Click on New button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? The application should allow the user to configure the report. But, it throws an error message.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? CIMS2 revision 116 with db 251209new.bak

Report configuration is not available and hence closing this issue
