What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Select an ISO to boot from and click "add menu entry". 2. Apply changes and reboot (just to confirm the ISO was added as a menu entry). 3. Select ISO of menu entry to reboot and click "Remove".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? The expected output is not to have the ISO as a menu entry anymore, but it is shown. Also, after clicking the "Remove" button the list with the previously added ISO menu entries should be updated.
