I suggest the text used to describe the UserDistributionDataPoint be changed from
"The probability of this data point expressed from 0 to 1 in percentage."
to
"The probability of this data point ocurring expressed as a fraction from 0 to 1.The sum of all data point probabilities should add to 1.0"
