<tt> code should be monospace font, and same size as <p> text

<tt> html text hould be shown in a mono-spaced font and is currently showing in a font size that is smaller than standard text. It should be the same size.

I have added a test for this to the typography section of tests.html so it can be viewed.

Tested in Firefox.
