utf8 and font-weight:bold on accented characters

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. font-weight:bold; 2. 3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Exemple with this text : Télécharger (no font-weight) with 'font-weight:bold;' : 'é' transformed with strange character

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Windows XP PRO FR - sp1/sp2/sp3 - Firefox 2.0.0.14

Please provide any additional information below.

Not a bug ! this problem appear only on my PC (IE and Firefox).
