Toshiba Thrive player has no volume and freezes after 5 seconds

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Just start the player 2. 3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Mobo V5, Honeycomb 3.1

Please provide any additional information below. The video freezes in both. Mov. and MP4

Does anyone read this crap.......is there a codec I should download? Is there any support for this product?
