The phrase would be inserted. Instead the contents of the clipboard was inserted.

Version 0.90.1 Using KDE Development Platform 4.10.5 Ubuntu 13.10 64bit

Same issue here. I could sure use this as the default "Keyboard" method of replacement isn't working very well in the editor I'm using.
