There are many instances where it would be useful to enable/disable hotkeys without having to use the GUI. For example if a number of hotkeys are only useful during a certain workflow one could switch them on and off using another hotkey (or with a bash script launched with a hotkey??)

Admittedly the Window Filter provides many helpful options but global enable/disable from a script would be the cherry on top.
