Posted on May 21, 2008 by Helpful Wombat

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Sign in? :D 2. 3.

What is the expected result? What happens instead?

What web browser are you using, and under what operating system? FireFox

Please provide any additional information below. Image Attached.

I notice the region you're in has a numeric name, which I could imagine being an issue. Since I have no way of testing this, please see if the error is reproducible in the sim 2142, and if it goes away in other sims with names featuring at least one letter.

Failing that, the errors look somewhat like a Firefox bug. Have you upgraded your browser lately? (I know they made a screwup a while back - I think on 2.0.0.10 or something - that broke AjaxLife and was fixed a couple of days later by a release solely to fix that bug).

Ooh I don't even know what Version I am on! :D I will do that, and see what happens.

Installed latest FireFox and Logged in on the Account that's on the 2142 Simulator, and still getting the Error. When I logged into another test account, that is on a test sim, not 2142 and has no number sin the name I did not get any errors. (That was before I Re Installed FireFox)

This is when I want to throw things at JavaScript for being excessively flexible in what's considered a number.

Going to chase things down!

Aww lol Hey I got onto the latest Second Life Viewer last night, and experienced WindLight for the FIRST TIME ever, I mean I've seen pictures of it, but never taken the time to experience it myself, and I was amazed! http://www.flickr.com/photos/meghandench/ has some pictures.

Unfortunately, there is no condition under which I can reproduce the issue due to lack of numeric sims on the TG. As a result, I have no way of figuring out where the issue might arise.

Closed for two years until I can look into it.
