This already includes two pixiv related rules. ||ads*.pixiv.net^ ||ads*.pixiv.org^

Latter one covers your "ads.pixiv.org".

If you subscribe our "General filter", your pixiv.net##DIV[class^="ads_"] is covered too with our ##*[class^="ads_"]. General filter is located as follows. https://adblock-plus-japanese-filter.googlecode.com/hg/abp_jp_general.txt

.adver_footer and .adver_footerBottom would never show up if both general filter and site-specific filter are subscribed.
