Introduction
VisualConnectome is a Matlab toolbox for brain connectivity analysis and visualization. It aims to make it easier for analysis of brain connectivity which is constructed from structural MRI, DTI and functional MRI data, and to visualize the brain connectivity to obtain an intuitive insight of brain network.
Installation
Add VisualConnectome directory to Matlab path, and run VisualConnectome in Command Window.
Matlab Version
This toolbox is developed in Matlab 7.9.0(R2009b), and only tested in Matlab 7.9.0(R2009b) at present.
Reference
SurfStat and Brain Connectivity Toolbox is used as plugins to import brain surface file and calculate network topological measures in this toolbox.
