What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. browse to http://vimdoc.sourceforge.net/htmldoc/help.html
2. click the link "index.txt" under *reference_toc*

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect to see the alphabetical index of all commands node. Instead, get the
help node.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

This problem is not with Vim but with vimdoc.sourceforge.net

After installing Vim, type (in Normal mode in a running vim or gvim)

    :help index.txt

followed by hitting the Return key, and you will indeed be brought to a
helpfile containing the alphabetic index of all commands.

Yes. Okay, now I understand that this is the bug tracker only for the installed
code, and that the online docs have a different bug tracker. I have located
their bug tracker and migrated the issue there.

Cheers!
