Issue 5: FPS studder's/stalls

while playing the game, the game would be running at ~100fps, then it would studder and freeze up for a second and then be just fine.  I checked task manager and my CPU wasn't
doing anything crazy, just firefox.  This happened periodically on a 5-10 second interval.

This is most likely due to the path-finding on the large (64x64) map. The A* algorithm that we are using needs to be re-worked a bit in order to make sure that it runs effectively on the larger maps as well as the smaller. Fixing this is in the plan, but will not be addressed for a little while until we take another look at the tank AI.
