What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to use tweetake

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Suppose to ask me to open or save the files (worked perfectly the first time I used this).  Now it just tells me my email or password is incorrect over and over again.  No idea why, did basic browser troubleshooting, cleared cache and cookies, relogged, tried multiple browsers.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XP professional, www.tweetake.com

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm able to log in fine so I don't know why it changes its mind when I click "Get 'em"
