Issue 5: Problems with accented letters
Status:  Fixed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Write a tweet that includes accented letters, for instance "caffé"
(italian for "coffee").

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: caffé
Actual: caffé

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Is there a version of Tweetake?? I can't find any details. Anyway, I'm
using Firefox 3 on XP SP3.

Please provide any additional information below.
The problem is quite a big deal with the italian language (full of accented
letters), and I suppose for other languages too (french, german...).
Otherwise, great work.

The problem could be Excel not Tweetake in that it's creating a .csv file which is
raw text and the font used may not support accented characters. I see the same in my
report for the non-English accounts I follow.

I solved my problem with Chinese chars like this:

The problems with characters outside the basic English character set should
now be fixed as the code translates what is received from Twitter into
UTF-16 (Excel's preferred Unicode representation) before download.
