What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Usually I can back up followers, direct messages, and favorites. Instead it says "Oops! Twitter says your email or password is incorrect. Please check and try again," even though I've already logged in to Twitter.
What version of the product are you using? - What product? If you mean which browser, it's Firefox 12.0. I've also tried it on IE & Chrome.
On what operating system? Windows 7.
Please provide any additional information below.
I've tried logging out & logging back in, revoking Twitter access, etc. Nothing has worked.
